CORPORATE GIFT CARDS We offer Gift Cards for a specified dollar amount purchased in groups of 10+ (Minimum of $100.00) These Gift Cards may be distributed at your discretion. Use them as sales incentives, promotional offers, achievement rewards, a special thank you, and Holiday gifts. Gift cards may be redeemed for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. - 10% off a minimum of 10

| POLICY AND REQUIREMENTS Deposit All corporate events must be secured with a 50% deposit. Balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Gratuities/Service Fee/Tax An 18% service fee, plus 4.712% Hawaii GET (these fees are per service) is to be paid in advance. Gratuity may be added by the Corporate Sponsor or guest at the time of service. The Hawaii General Excise tax of 4.712% will be added to each service. Last Minute Changes Schedule changes may be made 24 hours prior to the event. Confirmations depend upon availability. Cancellation Policy Advance reservation is required. A full fee is charge to your credit card for any missed appointments or cancellations made less then 24 hours prior to your appointment. For parties of 5 or more, services must be cancelled 48 hours in advance. *Corporate cancellations policy: 7 day advance notice. All event and party bookings with 5 or more guests must be finalized no later then 14 days prior then the scheduled event. Other Conditions The Corporate Program may not be combined with any coupons, offers, promotions, or special packages. |
