Program to enable you to reward achievement,
express gratitude, and pamper those who contribute

Whether you are looking for spa services followed by
an intimate after-hours dinner party on the penthouse
deck, a large cocktail party, or gift cards to distribute to your employees to use at their own will. Waikiki
Plantation Spa can customize any package, and work
with you to design a menu of services that turns any
Party, Event, or Meeting into an unforgettable experience.

The Waikiki Plantation Spa offers an insightful & highly
trained friendly staff, a full spa menu of massages,
facials, nail services, waxing, hydrotherapy, body wraps & scrubs. Fitness programs such as Pukana La Yoga (sunrise yoga) on our penthouse deck, or Total Body Blast (personal training) from our city-mountain side rooftop deck is also provided, and is a great team
building tool. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and/or drinks
are also available to your group and served on the penthouse deck.

 

CORPORATE GIFT CARDS

We offer Gift Cards for a specified dollar amount purchased in groups of 10+ (Minimum of $100.00) These Gift Cards may be distributed at your discretion. Use them as sales incentives, promotional offers, achievement rewards, a special thank you, and Holiday gifts. Gift cards may be redeemed for up to 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • 10% off a minimum of 10
  • 15% off a minimum of 25
  • 18% off a minimum of 50 or more

POLICY AND REQUIREMENTS

Deposit
All corporate events must be secured with a 50% deposit. Balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

Gratuities/Service Fee
An 18% service fee, plus 4.712% Hawaii GET (these fees are per service) is to be paid in advance. This fee covers all gratuities for the Therapists. Any additional gratuity may be added by the Corporate Sponsor or guest at the time of service.

Last Minute Changes
Changes to schedule may be made 24 hours prior to the event. Confirmations depend upon availability.

Cancellation Policy

Advance reservation is required. A full fee is charge to your Credit Card for any missed appointments or cancellations made less then 24 hours prior to your appointment. For parties of 5 or more, services must be cancelled 48 hours in advance.

*Corporate cancellations policy: 7 day advance notice. All event and party bookings with 5 or more guests must be finalized no later then 14 days prior then the scheduled event.

Other Conditions
The Corporate Program is not tp be combined with any coupons, offers, promotions, or special packages.
