Spa Etiquette

We recommend you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to check-in and change. A robe, slippers and locker will be provided for you.

Please let us know ahead of time if you have a gender preference for your therapist or if you have any specific needs or limitations.

Please leave your valuables at home. Waikiki Plantation Spa will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please alert the Spa director and therapist if you are pregnant or have any health-related disorders such as diabetes, high blood pressure, history of stroke, clotting disorders, varicose veins or specific allergies.

Some body treatments include Iodine and Sulphur, which may cause allergic reactions.

We require all changes or cancellations to be receive by noon of the day prior to your appointment. A 20% charge will apply after that time. Changes or cancellations made four hours or less prior to your appointment time will be charged 50%. No shows will be charged the full service price. All calls must be received during normal business hours of 9am-7pm. Messages left at our after-hours message center will be considered received at 9am the following morning when the spa opens.

Please arrive on time; late arrivals will still end as scheduled so our next guest can begin their treatment on time.

Hawaii General Excise Tax and 18% Service Fee will be added to all services. Additional gratuity may be added at the discretion of the guest.

In consideration of other guests, we ask that all cell phones be turned off while in the spa.

Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Gift Cards may be purchased for specific services or monetary value (USD-$). Gift cards must be redeemed within 24 months of purchase.
