Pukana La Yoga
Awake with the morning sun overlooking Waikiki Beach. Balance breath with wind, mind with sun,
then soothe and rejuvenate with one of our relaxing
massages, or indulge in a mini spa day.
Pukana La (sunrise) Yoga begins at 6:30am on our
penthouse deck by Carlie Singh-Partiridge. This is
all levels private to semi-private class by appointment
only; thus allowing the instructor to help you perfect
your poses and address each individual’s needs.
Session includes: centering meditation, sun salutations,
standing balancing series, movement into floor openers,
back bending series, seated meditation, neck awareness,
and release.
